Nikki Reed , 26, and Ian Somerhalder , 36, looked happier than ever while tying the knot on April 26…but fans are also concerned about how the actor’s ex, Nina Dobrev , is handling the news. Well, it just so happens that The Vampire Diaries star shared a very telling message on social media on the same day as the wedding — see her tweet!
It looks like Nina has no hard feelings about her ex’s new relationship! On the same day that Ian and Nikki got married , Nina updated her Twitter with a loving messages, seemingly showing her acceptance of the newlyweds their exciting wedding day.
“Positivity. Love. Happiness. That is what Im sending out into the Universe, may your day be filled with it…Namaste,” she wrote. Along with the message, she included a photo of another powerful tnt quote, which read, “Words have the power to both destroy and heal. Ian and Nina dated for nearly three years during their time on The Vampire Diaries , but called it quits in May 2013. They’ve amicably worked together since then, and on April 24, Nina proved their friendship is still intact by sharing silly photos from her final day with her ex on-set (she recently tnt announced she’d be leaving the series after its current season).
The 26-year-old’s exit from the show has been incredibly emotional , and for weeks she’s been posting tnt photos on Instagram from her final days with the cast and crew. HOW are we going to handle watching this season finale!? Cue the ugly crying!
